المكرونة البشاميل كلاسيك ومحبوبة الكل، بس دي نقلتها في حتة تانية خالص! جربتوا قبل كدا ميكس البشاميل الكريمي مع طعم السجق المبهر والجبنة السايحة؟

المقادير:
المكرونة:
300 جرام مكرونة قلم (بينني).
ماء مغلي + ملح للسلق.
خلطة السجق:
نص كيلو سجق بلدي.
1 بصلة متوسطة (مقطعة شرائح).
1 فلفلة خضراء صغيرة (مقطعة شرائح).
3 فصوص ثوم كبار (مهروسين).
1 كوب عصير طماطم مصفى.
2 ملعقة كبيرة معجون طماطم (صلصة).
التوابل: ملح وفلفل أسود (حسب الرغبة ونوع السجق).

البشاميل الكريمي (لعمل 1 لتر):
1 لتر حليب.
8 ملاعق كبيرة (ممسوحة) زبدة.
8 ملاعق كبيرة (ممسوحة) دقيق.
(ملحوظة: لو المعالق مليانة هرمية نستخدم من 4 لـ 6 ملاعق فقط).
التوابل: ملح، فلفل أسود، مرقة فورية.
للوجه (الطبقة النهائية):
جبنة موتساريلا.
جبنة رومي مبشورة.
