Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. More than 95% of the capital is controlled by armed gangs — neighborhoods, roads, fuel, electricity, and even the ports. To film this story, we crossed destroyed streets, passed armed checkpoints, entered IDP camps, and finally met one of the major gang leaders working under the G9/Viv Ansanm alliance — the same coalition led by the notorious Barbecue.

In this video, we go inside:
1️⃣ IDP camps
2️⃣ Destroyed neighborhoods — entire communities erased.
3️⃣ Vigilantes — civilians who took up arms to defend their streets.
4️⃣ A gang leader from the G9/Viv Ansanm network — inside their controlled territory.
