🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 In Scotland, I trained with Tom Stoltman - the World’s Strongest Man - and stepped into the brutal world of the Highland Games.
🇨🇦 In Canada, I met Devon Larratt, one of the greatest arm wrestlers in history, to uncover the secrets behind his legendary power and endurance.
Then I visited Yves Gravelle, world champion in arm lifting, whose grip strength is considered among the strongest in the world.

After visiting the Kung Fu temples in China… this journey became a search for one question:
What is real strength? 💥
